HOW DO I KNOW WHICH RESISTANCE BAND TO USE?
There are 3 resistance bands per pack that correspond to 3 fitness levels. If you are a novice, we suggest that you start with the pink bands (beginner) and work your way up to the dark grey bands (athlete) as you build stamina and challenge yourself in your strength training and body sculpting journey
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WAIST ERASER/TRAINER?
Hand wash it with mild detergent in warm water. Do not bleach, rinse in cold water and line dry it. You can also dry it in the sun on days when you can’t wash it.
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
The normal order processing time is 2 business days when the product is in stock.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE WHEN THE PRODUCTS ARE IN STOCK?
Canada: 3 to 5 business days.
USA: 5 to 7 business days
EUROPE: 7 to 10 business days.
CAMEROON/CHAD: 10 to 15 business days.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCT TRACKING/ TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all expedited orders shipped to Europe and North America. For all other requests, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@movvnwholesale.com.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No, Movv’N Inc. does not offer refunds so please check the product dimensions (width and length) to determine your appropriate size.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made. However, please submit your request to customerservice@movvnwholesale.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if possible. Please include your order confirmation number in your email request.
DO YOU ACCEPT PRODUCT RETURNS?
We only accept returns on Orders shipped to USA, UK and CANADA. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
All sales are final, returns/exchanges are not accepted if the order is shipped to locations other than the USA, UK, and CANADA.
